2000 kVA Pad Mounted Transformer

This transformer is distinguished by its substantial power rating of 2000 kVA (2 MVA), with a high voltage configuration of 24.94 kV in a Delta arrangement and a low voltage output of 480V. It is thoughtfully engineered with a radial feed design, perfectly complementing dead-front systems. Notably, the transformer features a versatile 5-position tap changer, facilitating seamless voltage adjustments at 23693V, 24317V, 24940V, 25564V, and 26187V to cater to a wide range of voltage requirements.

The ZGSL-H-2000/24.94/0.48 model is equipped with aluminum windings and follows the Dyn1 connection group configuration. Its design includes a rectangular coil in conjunction with a three-legged iron core, showcasing its meticulous engineering and efficient construction.

Gauges

The transformer is outfitted with non-contact gauges for manual monitoring of essential parameters, including oil level, pressure, and temperature gauges. This meticulous approach guarantees precise and dependable performance assessment.

Protection Fuses

Fitted with 3 bayonet fuses, this transformer provides an automatic power supply cutoff mechanism in cases of circuit failure or excessive current, thereby ensuring robust protection against potential damage of the 2000 kVA transformer.

The ZGSL-H-2000/33/0.24 is a meticulously engineered three-phase loop pad-mounted transformer developed by Daelim Transformer. With a substantial power rating of 2000 kVA (2 MVA), it features a primary voltage configuration of 3-phase 33Y/19.05 kV grounded Wye and a secondary voltage of 240GrdY/139V. Both the high voltage (H0) and low voltage (X0) are grounded for enhanced safety. This transformer boasts advanced features, including a versatile 5-position tap changer, 3 two-position load-break switches, 3 bayonet fuses, and 3 under-oil arresters, ensuring comprehensive protection. Its impedance value stands at 7.08%, and it adheres to the stringent efficiency standards outlined in DOE 2016. The UL certification underscores its commitment to quality and safety.

The 2MVA transformer configured with the Dyn1 connection boasts a robust design, employing three-leg cores and high voltage configurations of 26500V and 13130V in Delta connection. On the low voltage side, it adopts a 415GrdY/240V Wye connection. Impressive efficiency is a hallmark, achieving an outstanding 99.37%, fully aligning with the stringent CAN/CSA 802.1 standard. High Voltage Basic Impulse Level (HV BIL) ratings stand at 150 kV and 95 kV, while the Low Voltage Basic Impulse Level (LV BIL) is rated at 30 kV.

The ZGS-Z-2000-13.8-0.6 represents yet another specialized pad-mounted transformer expertly crafted by Daelim Transformer. With a robust capacity of 2000 kVA, it operates at a primary voltage of 13800V in Delta configuration, delivering a secondary voltage of 600GrdY/347V in a Wye connection. Notably, this transformer falls into the category of live-front units, featuring a high voltage integrated bushing with 2 holes, and on the low voltage side, it incorporates a spade bushing with 6 holes.

This particular pad-mounted transformer was custom-tailored by Daelim Transformer to meet the specific requirements of a Canadian customer. In response to the customer's request for high and low-voltage cable entry from the top of the front cabin, the transformer's design underwent notable adaptations, including:

1. The inclusion of several studs and brackets on the high-voltage side to facilitate the installation of a grounding resistance cabinet.
2. The addition of a cable box atop the low voltage section, allows cables to seamlessly enter the front compartment of the transformer from the uppermost position.
