Transformer Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Design and oversee the trial production of transformers rated below 44kV.
2. Participate in sample production, conducting tests to verify performance and technical specifications. Address any issues encountered during the trial production process.
3. Execute design tasks with precision and timeliness. Implement design optimizations and technical enhancements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering and Automation, preferred. Other engineering disciplines will be considered. Minimum of 5 years of experience in transformer design, preferably within a large enterprise.
2. Proficient in transformer structure and knowledgeable about manufacturing processes and workflows. Skilled in CAD software, capable of independently creating drawings for power transformers rated at 44kV and below.
3. Detail-oriented and meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
