This means that the transformer relies on natural convection and ambient air circulation for cooling, without the use of any forced cooling mechanisms such as fans.

2500 kVA (2.5 MVA) Substation Transformer Drawing

The SL-2500-24.94-0.48 transformer is specifically designed for the Canadian market and follows the standards set by the CSA (Canadian Standards Association). It features a side mount design for both the high voltage and low pressure components. The low voltage ground configuration is utilized.
