In May 2024, we delivered this 2500 kVA split transformer to our Danish customer for a local energy storage project. This transformer is a three-phase transformer featuring 6 bushings for low-voltage double split. The primary voltage is 10500V Delta, with secondary voltages of 690V Delta and 690V Delta. The transformer winding connection group is Dd0d0, with a frequency of 50 Hz, cooling method of ONAN, and impedance of 5.75%. At its rated capacity of 2.5 MVA, the sound level is 63 dB. The insulating liquid utilized is highly refined non-PCB mineral oil.

- Compliant with EN60076 standard, boasting TIER-2 efficiency.
- Equipped with 6 LV bushings of epoxy resin shovel type, each featuring 6 holes.
- ATC LV bushing included for enhanced performance.
- Tank cover outfitted with 4 lifting rings for easy handling.
- High and low voltage electrostatic shielding, used to eliminate electromagnetic harmonic interference of solar energy.
- Pressure relief device situated on the top of the tank, capable of rapidly releasing significant pressure within the transformer, automatically reverting to its initial state without manual intervention.
- Liquid temperature gauge featuring two contacts; when the oil temperature exceeds 90℃, the system triggers an alarm and notification. If the temperature surpasses 105℃, the system automatically disconnects the transformer from the power grid to protect the transformer from damage.
- Liquid level gauge with two contacts, automatically alerting the remote monitoring system in the event of low or high oil levels.
- Pressure relief gauge for monitoring internal pressure.
- Upper fill valve for convenient fluid replenishment.
- Terminal block for connecting liquid level and temperature gauge contacts wires.
- No-load tap changer with 5 positions on the HV side, offering flexibility with rated voltages of 10500V and additional options including 10760V, 11020V, 10240V, and 9980V, catering to various operational requirements.
- Four groups of radiators, strategically positioned on both high and low voltage sides, facilitating efficient heat dissipation.
- Two ground pads on the LV side for enhanced safety.
- ATC HV bushing ensuring optimal performance.
- 3 HV bushings with porcelain construction and 4 holes each.
- 1 hand hole provided for convenient inspection and routine maintenance of the transformer.
