Pole Mounted Transformer Specifications
Pole mounted transformers are a key product in Daelim factory, featuring a comprehensive standard specification that covers important details such as the supplier, model, country of origin, manufacturing and testing standards, key features, core materials, losses, high and low-voltage electrical characteristics, short circuit capability, impedance, tank design, dimensions, and weight, accessories, testing, and warranty.
As a reliable supplier, DAELIM offers the D model with customizable capacity and primary and secondary voltage options. Daelim pole mounted transformers are manufactured to meet industry standards such as IEEE Std, CSA Std, and IEC Std.
Customers can select from a range of features to suit their specific needs, including rated power (ranging from 15kVA to 333kVA), primary and secondary voltage, and winding temperature rise. Daelim transformers have a maximum voltage of 34.5kV, with winding temperatures kept below 65°C, hottest-spot winding temperatures under 80°C and oil top temperatures under 65°C. Losses in no load and on load conditions are dependent on the transformer's capacity, with a tolerance of ±10% for single loss and ±6% for total loss.
Daelim offers both mineral oil and vegetable oil cooling options and uses an A(105°C) insulation system. Customers can choose from aluminum or copper winding materials and silicon or stainless steel core materials. The tank color is customizable, and Daelim only uses PCB-free oils. Daelim transformers operate within a wide temperature range of -50°C to +40°C, making them suitable for a variety of project sites.
The accessories included with Daelim transformers are extensive and include cooper strips, core and coil assembly, fastening ring or cover clamp, grounding bar, HV and LV bushings, nameplate, pressure relief device, sealing ring, tank cover, and tap changer. Daelim also accommodates specific accessory requests from customers, all of which are detailed in the spec sheet.
Lastly, Daelim transformers come with a 2-year warranty, providing customers with peace of mind and assurance in the quality of DB transformers.

Pad Mounted Transformers Specifications
Daelim specializes in pad mounted transformers that adhere to ANSI/IEEE, and CSA standards with UL/cUL certificates, and are widely used by renowned companies such as EATON, SOLOMON, and AMAZON. Daelim pad mounted transformers are available in single phase and three phase options, and are UL and cUL listed for quality assurance.
The specification of Daelim pad-mounted transformers includes the following details: supplier (Beijing Daelim), model (ZGD/ZGS H or Z with added capacity, primary and secondary voltage), where H denotes loop feed and Z signifies radial feed, country of origin (CHINA), standard manufacturing and testing (IEEE/CSA), type (loop type and radial type), and installation (outdoor). Altitude above sea level and ambient temperature is specified as 1000m and 50°C respectively, with a maximum altitude of ≤1500m.

Rated power, high and low voltage are customized based on customer requirements, and frequency varies depending on the country of installation (50Hz or 60Hz). Cooling system options include oil type with choices of mineral oil or vegetable oil, and customers can also request a cooling fan. The number of windings is typically 2, with the option for single phase or three phase configurations. Daelim pad-mounted transformers are all core type, as opposed to shell type.
Winding material options include aluminum or copper, with copper being more conductive but also more expensive. The working temperature range is from -25°C to +40°C, depending on the project location. The top oil temperature rise is limited to 65°C, while the winding temperature rise is also 65°C and the hot spot temperature is 80°C.
Losses are specified as no load losses at rated voltage and rated frequency on the principal tap, as well as load loss at rated voltage. The vector group, such as Dyn and Ynyn connection symbols, is determined based on customer requirements, and the core legs are decided accordingly (3 for one side ground connection, and 5 for both side ground connection). Tap changer options include on-load tap changer and off circuit tap changer.
High voltage and low voltage electrical characteristics of transformers and assembled load break terminals are in compliance with customer-specified standards. Customers can choose the material and color of the tank, with options of silicon steel or stainless steel for material, and ANSI gray or Munsell green for color. Dimensions and weight of the transformers depend on the capacities, with larger capacities generally resulting in bigger size and heavier weight for the same type of transformer.
Standard accessories provided by Daelim include lifting lugs, hinged door, parking stand bracket, pressure relief valve, drain valve, nameplate, thermometer, oil level gauge, load break switch, flat padlock door, HV and LV bushings, and others as required by customers.

Solar Transformer Specification
Solar power, also known as distributed photovoltaic (DPV) power generation systems, is a renewable energy source that is becoming increasingly popular worldwide. The process of converting solar energy into electrical power is achieved through the use of photovoltaic semiconductors that can convert the sun's rays into direct current (DC) electricity.
In the case of solar farms, the energy produced can reach many megawatts (MW) of power. However, to make the power usable in various scenarios, it must be converted from DC to three-phase AC electricity.
