The ZGSL-H-3000/27.6/13.8 is a three-phase loop pad-mounted transformer with a power rating of 3000 kVA (3MVA). Its primary voltage is 27600Delta, and the secondary voltage is 13800Delta. The 3000 kVA pad-mounted transformer features a rigid barrier between the H.V. (High Voltage) and L.V. (Low Voltage) sections. A pressure relief device is installed on the top of the transformer's front cabin. When the internal pressure of the transformer becomes too high or abnormal, this device automatically releases the pressure to protect the transformer.
On the high-voltage side, the transformer is equipped with a 5-position tap changer, a four-position loadbreak switch, 6 loadbreak bushing inserts, 6 HV bushing wells, and 3 elbow arresters. There are no fuse protectors on this side.
On the low-voltage side, the transformer features a drain valve, 3 LV spade bushings with 2 holes, a pressure relief valve, and an upper fill valve. The vacuum pressure gauge, oil thermometer, and oil level gauge all have contacts. These gauges contacts wires are connected to the terminal block on the side wall of the low-voltage room. In case of transformer faults such as excessive temperature or abnormal oil level, it can automatically trip to protect the transformer equipment from damage.
